Local MP, Anne Milton, has backed the new 'Clean for The Queen' campaign to help smarten local streets.
Anne said: "Ahead of Her Majesty The Queen’s 90th Birthday, we've all got a chance to make a difference to our local area. 'Clean for The Queen' brings together the anti-litter organisations from the UK to get people involved in Britain’s largest litter pick. Community groups including parish councils, residents’ associations, Girl Guides, Brownies, Scout and Cub troops are all being asked to organise their own litter pick to clean up in the coming weeks or over the “Clean for The Queen” weekend, 4-6 March."
