Following the news that the Independent R4GV and Liberal Democrat Coalition on Guildford Borough Council returning £2.7 million of taxpayers money to Government, Angela Richardson wrote to the Managing Director of Guildford Borough Council, James Whiteman, about council housing in Guildford.
